How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the US typically takes 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to Canada and many international destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@cheesegiftsandbeyond.com with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right.

Do you offer personalized products?

Do you offer gift wrapping?
